FAQ
Please use the booking form on this website. We then get in touch with you via email. A reservation becomes a confirmed once a holding deposit has been paid. We will let you know how to make the holding deposit.

You pay for your own electricity usage. The fee is ฿ 6 per electricity unit (kwh). We establish your electricity usage with your room’s dedicated meter. Expect to pay between ฿ 1000 and ฿ 3000 per month, depending mostly on how often you run the airconditioning and the size of your apartment.
Water is charged at a ฿ 100 per month flat rate, ฿ 200 per month for two bedroom apartments .
Guests on a monthly rate will have their room cleaned once a week, during which the bed sheets will be replaced.
Security deposits are applicable for monthly stays and depend on the apartment type. Deposits are paid cash and can be made in another currency. Your security deposit is returned to you upon check-out.

Chiang Mai’s airport (CNX) is relatively close to the city and PT Residence. At the airport you can grab a taxi for a fixed rate (฿ 160) and head over to PT Residence, 51 Sirimangkalajarn Road. At the airport, just head left after you leave customs to get to the taxis. Once on the road, keep an eye out for ‘Roastniyom’ coffeeshop and the 7-11 convenience store as you get near. PT Residence’s entrance is right in the middle of the two. It should take you around 10-15 minutes.
When leaving Chiang Mai we will be able to organise transport to the airport or train station. Just let us know your plans.
